NETSUITE DATA AUDIT SERVICE · CLOUD AT WORK

Discover what needs attention in your NetSuite data.

Give your finance team a clearer view of data exceptions across your companies. We run agreed checks, review the findings and deliver a prioritised action plan.

Defined scope · Consultant-reviewed findings · Clear next steps

Your reports depend on the data behind them.

Users, imports and integrations continually create and update records in NetSuite. Incomplete master data, inconsistent classifications and unexpected transaction relationships can leave your team spending time investigating exceptions and correcting reports.

Our NetSuite data audit service combines automated, rule-based checks with consultant review. You receive a clear account of the exceptions identified within the agreed scope, the records affected and the actions to consider.

A focused review of the areas that matter.

Master data quality

Review supported customer, supplier, item and account records for missing information and inconsistencies covered by the agreed rules.

Transaction consistency

Check supported transactions and their lines for exceptions in dates, required information and relationships between documents.

Company and subsidiary scope

Agree the companies and subsidiaries to include. Organise findings by subsidiary where supported, so local teams can investigate the records relevant to them.

Classification and reference data

Assess supported department, location and other reference values against the configured checks and the business rules agreed for the engagement.

Tax data exceptions

Review accessible tax-related information within the supported checks. Flag exceptions for investigation by your finance or tax team.

Follow-up after corrections

Optionally repeat agreed checks after your team makes corrections in NetSuite, to review remaining exceptions and progress within the same scope.

From agreed scope to actionable findings.

01 · Scope and prepare

Confirm the companies, periods, record types and checks. Agree access arrangements, data handling, deliverables, fee and delivery date before work begins.

02 · Analyse and review

Run the agreed rules on accessible records. Our consultants review the exceptions, group related findings and identify where business context or further investigation is needed.

03 · Brief and prioritise

Receive the findings and supporting record references, with recommended priorities. We walk your team through the results and discuss a practical correction plan.

What you receive

01 · Agreed scope and coverage

02 · Reviewed exception register

03 · Affected-record references

04 · Prioritised recommendations

05 · Management briefing

Findings your team can work with.

The deliverables include a summary of the scope and checks completed, an exception register with affected-record references, and a management briefing. Findings distinguish the issue categories from the number of records affected.

Priorities, context and next steps

We explain the potential operational or reporting impact of reviewed findings and recommend what to investigate first. Your team provides business context and decides which corrections to approve.

A defined engagement. A clear handover.

The quotation sets out the included companies, periods, checks and deliverables. Data corrections, custom rule development and repeat reviews can be quoted separately.

Before you order.

How long does it take?

For a suitably scoped engagement, we target delivery within one week of validated access and data readiness. The confirmed schedule depends on transaction volume, the companies included and any custom checks.

How much does it cost?

We provide a fixed-fee quotation for the agreed scope. The fee reflects the number of companies, data volume, periods and checks required, together with the level of consultant review.

What access is required?

We agree the connection method and permissions with your NetSuite administrator before analysis starts, together with confidentiality, data handling and retention arrangements.

Does the service change our NetSuite records?

This engagement covers analysis and reporting. Your authorised team approves and performs corrections. If you need our help with remediation, we agree that work separately.

Can we arrange recurring reviews?

Yes. We can quote for periodic reviews of the agreed scope and follow-up checks after corrections, helping your team track recurring exceptions.

What does this audit cover?

This is a data quality and controls diagnostic within agreed rules and accessible records. It does not provide a statutory audit opinion or guarantee identification of every error or instance of fraud. A flagged exception requires review in its business context.
